20081004sa1014, breakfast

It is 2344 on Friday (Central Time U.S.), and 10:14 in India. Journal
entries will be in Indian time until October 13. Although the local,
London time, is 5:47 AM, I won't be here long and want to begin
shifting to India time.

The vegetarian breakfast consists of orange juice, fruit, red
raspberry spread and some rolls that are crispy and fresh.

20081003fr1926, in-flight vegan Indian dinner

The vegan Indian food on the flight to London was some of the best
I've had. The main course has fresh garlic, tomato, tofu strips, chic
peas, and a very spicy sauce with freshly ground spices. The rice is
authentic Indian rice with pieces of onion in it - a nice touch (I
might try making it this way). The food reminds me of the authentic
Indian food I had in New Jersey this past January. Dessert is a fresh
melon. The bread bun is a delicious Kosher wheat roll from Rubschlager
Baking of Chicago. The salad comes with Sapori d'Arte Italian
