Upon returning from India today, I slept from about 10:30 AM to 6:30
PM, which is 9PM (Tuesday) to 5AM (Wednesday) for the time I've been
living on. I hope to go to the gym and also do some unpacking this
evening before going to bed again tonight. I'd like to have my
internal clock back on Iowa time by tomorrow morning.
